Is it legislated to gesture by mentioning the Beautiful Names of Allah after the Ibrahimic prayers in the fourth Rak'ah?

Supplicating with the Most Beautiful Names of Allah is recommended in the final Tashahhud before the Taslim. Allah has commanded us to supplicate Him with them, and there is no harm in using some of them for supplication. It is preferable for the supplicant to choose from Allah's Names what suits their need.
