Is it true that whoever dies from the evil eye has not completed his sustenance?

A person dies by Allah's decree and destiny after their provision has been fulfilled and their appointed term has ended. It does not come late, nor does it come early, as Allah Almighty says: "And for every nation is a [specified] term. So when their term comes, they will not remain behind an hour, nor will they precede [it]." The evil eye does not affect provision, for every soul completes its term and provision before death, and provision seeks the servant just as their term seeks them.
