What is the ruling on reciting the Qur'an collectively and dedicating Surat Al-Mulk after 'Isha daily without observing the rules of Tajwid?

Reciting Surat Al-Mulk every day before sleeping is prescribed, based on the Hadith of Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) would not sleep until he had recited Surat As-Sajdah and Surat Al-Mulk. Its recitation should not be in a communal form. The rules of Tajweed must be observed and learned, and it is not permissible to intentionally violate them.
