Is it permissible for a Muslim husband to dispose of his Christian wife's inherited wealth? And is it permissible for him to take what she bequeathed to him of her possessions should she die before him?

It is permissible for the husband to take from his wife's inherited wealth with her consent, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if they give up willingly to you anything of it, consume it in satisfaction and ease." It is also permissible to take the wealth of a non-Muslim if they offer it willingly. As for a will from a non-Muslim to a Muslim, it is permissible. However, there is no inheritance between a Muslim and a non-Muslim, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "A Muslim does not inherit from a disbeliever, nor does a disbeliever inherit from a Muslim."
