Is videotaping the Friday sermon with a mobile phone considered a distraction, and what is its ruling?

It is prohibited to film the Friday sermon with a mobile phone if it necessitates moving the hand during the sermon, due to the worshiper's distraction from listening to it, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "And whoever touches pebbles has engaged in idle talk." However, if it does not necessitate moving the hand, meaning it is started before the sermon and left, then there is no harm in it. Nevertheless, it is preferable to avoid it due to the absence of a strong benefit and the difference of opinion regarding the permissibility of photography with a camera.
