Is donating a Qur’an considered an ongoing charity for the deceased, and is the deceased rewarded for the recipient’s recitation from this Qur’an, knowing that it is not permissible to dedicate the reward of recitation to the deceased?

Endowing a [copy of the] Mushaf (Quran) as an ongoing charity (Sadaqah Jariyah) is permissible according to many scholars, including the four Imams. The endower is rewarded for the recitation of the Mushaf that has been endowed, and endowing a Mushaf as charity benefits the deceased.
