Is it permissible for a Muslim to make the Adhan for the remembrance of Allah outside of the designated times for the prayer?

The call to prayer (adhan) is not prescribed except for the entry of the prayer time or for the prayer itself, unless it is for training purposes. As for the remembrance of Allah Almighty, its reward is immense, and its types are many. Among them is the recitation of the Quran, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever recites a letter from the Book of Allah will have a good deed, and a good deed is multiplied tenfold." And the saying: "SubhanAllah wa bihamdihi, SubhanAllah Al-Atheem (Glory be to Allah and with His praise, Glory be to Allah, the Most Great)"; due to the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Two words that are light on the tongue, heavy in the scales, beloved to the Most Merciful." And among them are the enduring good deeds (Al-Baqiyat Al-Salihat) such as "SubhanAllah (Glory be to Allah), Alhamdu Lillah (Praise be to Allah), La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah), and Allahu Akbar (Allah is the greatest)"; due to the Prophet's saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "The most beloved words to Allah are four."
