The answer

It is permissible to apply veneers and similar materials to teeth for protection, adornment, or to correct deformities, as the fundamental principle in such matters is permissibility. It is stipulated that there should be no extravagance. If the cost is high and there is no pressing need for it, it is preferable to forgo it, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And do not be extravagant. Indeed, He does not like the extravagant." Veneers do not affect ablution (Wudu'), as rinsing the mouth (madmadah) is obligatory, which involves moving water within the mouth, and this can be achieved even with veneers present.
