Is it permissible to return to Western countries for work after having emigrated from them in repentance, knowing the abundance of forbidden things therein and fearing for one's religion?

It is not permissible for a Muslim to travel to and reside in disbelieving lands if he is unable to openly practice his religious rituals or if he fears temptation for himself and his family. This is not justified by hardship or difficulty in finding work in a Muslim country, for blessing in this world is better than abundance, and this world is fleeting and holds no value with Allah. Therefore, it is advised to remain in a Muslim country, seek Allah's help, have good expectations of Him, and rely upon Him. For whoever abandons something for Allah's sake, Allah will compensate him with something better, "And whoever fears Allah - He will make for him a way out And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him."
