Mere slips of the tongue made by mistake are forgiven and there is no accountability for them, due to lack of intent. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Ummah their mistakes, their forgetfulness, and what they are coerced into." An example of this is the story of the man who said: "O Allah, You are my slave and I am Your Lord," mistaken out of extreme joy, so he was not held accountable. Thus, a slip of the tongue involving cursing without intent does not make its utterer an disbeliever.
