Does playing the television or radio for one's parents constitute a sin if music or images of unveiled women appear and they do not lower their gaze?

Listening to music and looking at nude pictures are forbidden (haram). You must forbid your family from doing these things. If they do not respond to the Shari'ah, then do not open the device for them, otherwise, you risk assisting in the forbidden (haram).
