Is it permissible to give food to a non-Muslim foreign driver during the daytime in Ramadan?

The ruling on these matters refers to the ruling on addressing the disbeliever with the subsidiary rulings of Islamic law. And everything intended for the unlawful, and every action that leads to disobedience, is forbidden. It is forbidden for a Muslim to sell food to a disbeliever if he knows or believes that he will eat it during the daytime in Ramadan, because that is aiding in sin, based on the prevalent view that disbelievers are addressed by the subsidiary rulings of the Shari'ah.
