What is the ruling on working as a marketing manager for an Arab television network, given the concern about earning unlawful money and the desire to seek lawful employment?

The desire to abandon forbidden work is righteous and commendable, for bringing the unlawful upon oneself and one's family is a grave matter, especially if the sin of the work extends to others. Therefore, one must continue searching for another job and expedite this process, for whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect. Sustenance is decreed and apportioned, and what is with Allah cannot be attained except through obedience to Him. The worldly life is but amusement and play, and the Hereafter is the true life, and what is with humans perishes, while what is with Allah remains. Allah will reward those who patiently endured and did righteous deeds with a good life and a beautiful recompense.
