Must I repeat ablution every time it is nullified, knowing that I used to follow the dispensation of the incontinent person to ward off obsessive thoughts, but I have begun to doubt my need for this dispensation as my condition has improved?

If the emission of wind does not cease for a time sufficient to perform purification and prayer, but rather stops sometimes and then precedes or lags, then your ruling is that of one afflicted with constant discharge (sahib al-salas). Therefore, perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray with this ablution the obligatory prayer and whatever supererogatory prayers you wish until the time for that prayer exits.
