Is it necessary to repeat the prayer an hour after performing ablution to reduce the increased flatulence during prayer?

If the emission of wind stops for a period sufficient for purification (ablution) and prayer, then one must wait for this time and pray within it. However, if it does not stop, or stops for a period insufficient for purification and prayer, or its emission is irregular, then your ruling is the same as that of a person afflicted with perpetual impurity ( سلس الريح). You should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray with your ablution as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as you wish until the time for that prayer expires.
