What is the ruling regarding my past and current prayers, given my suffering from frequent flatulence, which I genuinely feel and is not a mere delusion, and which causes me to repeat ablution several times, or to hasten in prayer and lose devotion, or sometimes to pray in a state of ritual impurity? And what should I do if the time for prayer and ablution arrives?

If one doubts the emission of wind, he should not pay attention to the doubt, and the prayer is valid.

However, if one is certain of its emission, then if it stops at a known time sufficient for purification and prayer, one must wait for that time.

But if its emission is constant whenever one prays, then the worshipper's ruling is that of one afflicted with incontinence ( سلس ), so he should perform ablution for each prayer after its time has begun, and pray with that ablution as many obligatory and supererogatory prayers as he wishes until the time expires, and what exits him does not harm him.
