Does Islamic law contain what is called "the Tabi'ah," which means a person's poverty in all respects, and how can one get rid of it?

There is no Shari’ah text that names poverty as "al-Tabi'ah" (the follower/affliction). Everything in this world occurs by Allah’s divine decree and destiny, including livelihood and sustenance. Allah has commanded His servants to strive in seeking provision. Whoever is not successful should be patient and remember Allah’s other blessings, such as Islam and health, and look to those who are less fortunate. Everyone is in need of Allah.
