Is the hadith: "Adultery is a debt that is repaid from one's own kin" authentic from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?

Adultery is not a debt to be repaid from a man's female relatives. What has been attributed to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, in this regard is a fabricated and false hadith. This falsehood has deceived some scholars, including Al-Maqqari's saying in his poetic composition: "Indeed, adultery is a debt; if you lend it, know that repayment will come from your own household."
