Is it permissible to remember Allah and dedicate the reward of recitation to the deceased, and what is the wording of the supplication for that, and does the deceased know about it?

There is no harm for the questioner in reciting the Quran and remembering Allah Almighty, and dedicating the reward thereof to his deceased father. It is hoped that the reward will reach him. Indeed, everything good reaches the deceased, and there is no specific supplication for this; rather, one supplicates with whatever is easy. It appears that the deceased is aware of this, because the reward reaches him and he benefits from it.
