How can one advise a colleague who has become an outcast due to his authoritarian behavior, while still being favored by the manager, in order to offer him guidance?

What we deem appropriate for someone asking about dealing with a colleague at work is to advise him and inform him that good character is the fruit of faith, and that the most perfect believers in faith are those with the best character, and that good character leads to entry into Paradise, while arrogance and obstinacy lead to the Fire.

Also, good character does not contradict a good relationship with the manager and superiors, for a person of good character can resolve crises and difficulties at work.
