It is not permissible to follow TV series that cause the heart to become attached to actors. One must repent immediately from these sins and supplicate for guidance and repentance for the desired person. Marrying him is a good thing, but the desire should not be limited solely to marrying him. Rather, one should turn one's heart away from thinking about him and ask Allah for a righteous husband. It is permissible for a woman to offer herself in marriage to someone she desires, while observing modesty and good manners, and to seek assistance from righteous women in finding a suitable husband.
