Prayer is a great pillar of Islam, the foundation of the religion, and the first thing a servant will be held accountable for on the Day of Judgment. Therefore, it is essential to perform it in the best possible manner. Whoever is negligent in performing it or misses any part of it must make up for what they missed, along with repentance and seeking forgiveness. If one forgets the number of prayers they missed, they should make up what they believe most likely absolves their responsibility. So, if you predominantly believe that a full day's prayers, including the Fajr prayer, are still due from you, then you must make them up. As for yellow or brownish discharges, they are not considered menstruation unless they occur during the customary period or are connected to menstrual blood.
