How can one deal with a husband who is addicted to the internet and has suspicious relationships with foreign women?

You should advise him, continuously show him affection, endear yourself to him, and remind him of the Hereafter and its rewards. Through patience, you will attain Allah's pleasure. If it is for the sake of Allah, then "Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account."
