Is it obligatory for the Imam to prostrate when reciting Surat Al-Inshiqaq, given that it contains a verse that necessitates prostration?

The position of the majority and their evidence regarding the non-obligation of the prostration of recitation (Sujud al-Tilawah) has been previously explained. The prostration of recitation upon reading Surat Al-Inshiqaq (The Sundering) is established by the Sunnah, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) prostrated during it, and Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) prostrated behind him and continued to prostrate during it. Perhaps the aforementioned Imam follows those who do not consider prostration obligatory in any part of the Mufassal (a section of the Quran starting from Surat Qaf or Surat Al-Hujurat to the end of the Quran).
