Is supervising a mixed secondary institute construction project considered a sin? Should I stop this compulsory training despite my dire need for it? Do I bear the burdens of mixing, even though I don't interfere in student admission?

Assisting in sin is a sin, based on the words of Allah Almighty: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety, but do not cooperate in sin and aggression." The basic principle regarding institutes is their permissibility, to remove ignorance from Muslims. Mixed-gender environments within them are not an objective, but rather a widespread affliction. If building institutes were forbidden due to mixed-gender environments, then all modern engineering would be forbidden, as no institution is free of it. Therefore, there is no harm in supervising and executing a project to build the institute.
