What is the fate of a suicide attempt survivor whose severe injuries prevented him from repenting and seeking forgiveness?

Whoever survives death must offer sincere repentance for the sins they have committed, for the door of repentance remains open until the soul reaches the throat. Allah accepts the repentance of the sincere penitent servant, and Allah has promised forgiveness to those who seek it. If a person is unable to speak, seeking forgiveness with their heart is sufficient, for repentance is achieved through regret. If they despair of their repentance being accepted, then this is a satanic whisper. They must know that Allah is All-Forgiving, All-Merciful, and that His mercy encompasses all things. The penitent is beloved by Allah, even if they repeatedly commit sins, as long as they repent and feel regret.
