What is the ruling on a person afflicted with constant flatulence intentionally expelling it, and on having doubt about their intention to do so?

If a person afflicted with سلس (urinary incontinence or constant discharge) doubts whether the wind (gas) exited intentionally or unintentionally, the basic principle is that it exited without his control, and therefore his ablution is not invalidated. This is because the default assumption is that it was not intentional until proven with certainty. A person afflicted with سلس does not control the event that has befallen him.
