Is a teacher entitled to tell female students, "You will not get married," "You will marry a one-eyed person," and "You resemble an old woman, so who would take you except a decrepit old man," and to frequently talk about marriage?

First: Among the challenges that Muslims face in this era is the widespread mixing (ikhtilat) in universities, hospitals, most public facilities, and government jobs. The prohibition of mixing and the resulting evils have been previously clarified, and it is incumbent upon a Muslim to avoid studying and working in mixed environments. It is stated in "Fatawa al-Lajnah ad-Daimah" (Fatwas of the Permanent Committee): "It is not permissible for a man to directly teach girls due to the great danger and grave consequences involved." And if the teacher talks to the girls about matters of marriage, this is misguidance, a crime, and opens a great door to fitnah (temptation/strife). He must fear Allah and limit himself to his duty, and it is obligatory to report his situation to the officials.

Second: It is not permissible for anyone to claim knowledge of the unseen. Whoever claims it has committed disbelief (kufr), and it is not permissible for anyone to believe that someone knows the unseen. Whoever believes that has committed disbelief. Allah the Almighty has informed us that the Prophet (peace be upon him) did not know the unseen, and that the jinn do not know the unseen. Such future matters are part of the unseen which no one knows except Allah. Allah the Almighty said to His Prophet (peace be upon him): (Say, "I hold not for myself [the power of] benefit or harm, except what Allah has willed. And if I knew the unseen, I could have acquired much wealth, and no harm would have touched me. I am not except a warner and a bringer of good tidings to a people who believe.") [Al-A'raf: 188]. And Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) said: "And whoever claims that he informs about what will happen tomorrow has made a grave fabrication against Allah. And Allah says: (Say, "None in the heavens and earth knows the unseen except Allah.") [An-Naml: 65]. And the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The keys of the unseen are five, which no one knows except Allah: No one knows what the wombs conceal except Allah; no one knows what will happen tomorrow except Allah; no one knows when the rain will come except Allah; no soul knows in what land it will die except Allah; and no one knows when the Hour will be established except Allah."
