Is it permissible to go to the Prophet's Mosque to attend study circles at the end of the menstrual period, with the assurance that the mosque will not be defiled?

It is not permissible for a menstruating woman to stay in the mosque, according to the majority of scholars, whether she fears defiling it or not, based on the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: "I do not permit the mosque for a menstruating woman, nor for one who is in a state of major ritual impurity (junub)," and based on the Almighty's saying: {nor those in a state of major ritual impurity (junub), unless you are merely passing through, until you have bathed}.
