What is the ruling on a man who receives a pension and works another job not authorized in France, in order to save for the expenses of Hajj?

If a man's contract with the pension authority stipulates that he must not take on any other work, then he must adhere to the contract. A Muslim is not obligated to earn money specifically to accumulate expenses for Hajj, for financial and physical capability are conditions for Hajj becoming obligatory, and one is not required to acquire this condition.
