What is the authenticity of the hadith: "O my dear daughter, be patient, for if a woman has a righteous husband, and then he dies, and she does not marry after him, they will be reunited in Paradise"? And what is the authenticity of the hadith: "Good character has taken away the good of this world and the Hereafter"? And who will be a man's wife in Paradise if he was married to four women in this world?

The ruling concerning the Hadith of Asma bint Abi Bakr refers to Fatwa no. 129564. As for the Hadith of Umm Habibah about the man who has two wives in this world and they both enter Paradise with him, Al-Mundhiri's wording of it is that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "He will choose the one with the better character, the one who was with him in this world will be his wife in Paradise." This is a weak Hadith, and Al-Albani described it as Munkar (denounced).

Regarding the question of polygyny in Paradise, there is no explicit text stating it. However, the apparent understanding from the كلام أهل العلم (statements of scholars) is that a man's wives in this world will be his wives in Paradise. Ibn Juzayy and Ash-Shawkani mentioned that "ahl" (family/wives) here refers to his wives in Paradise, whether they are from the women of this world or from the Houris. Ibn Baz stated that each man will have two Houris in addition to his wives from this world. Please refer to Fatwa no. 109748.
