Is it permissible for an engaged couple to masturbate and engage in sexual intercourse due to their inability to marry for two years, and if not, what is the alternative for fulfilling sexual desire?

"Whoever Allah has blessed with Islam should abandon bad habits, such as masturbation. If he cannot get married, he should fast, in accordance with the Prophet's (peace be upon him) advice: 'O young people! Whoever among you can afford to marry, let him do so, for it helps lower the gaze and guard chastity. And whoever cannot afford to marry, let him fast, for it will be a shield for him.'

As for engaging in sexual activity with the fiancée: - If the marriage contract has been validly concluded, then such an act is permissible. - If it is merely an engagement and the contract has not been concluded, then these actions are forbidden and are considered adultery. The fiancée is a stranger to the suitor; it is not permissible for him to be alone with her or touch her.

The solution in this situation is for him to conclude the marriage contract, so she becomes his wife, and everything becomes permissible for him with her, even if the wedding has not taken place. It is permissible for the husband to masturbate with his wife's hand. If he cannot marry, then he has nothing but patience."
