Is it permissible for a man who has forsaken his wife and young children, living far away from them and leaving the responsibility of their upbringing and financial support to his wife, to perform 'Umrah, knowing that he has not divorced her?

The husband who abandons the obligatory financial support for his wife and children, despite being able to provide it, is disobedient and sinful, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is enough sin for a man to neglect those he is responsible to feed," and his saying: "to withhold from one whose sustenance he possesses." However, this does not invalidate his 'Umrah nor forbid it for him.
