Does the ghusl for ihram or menstruation suffice for the ghusl for janabah, given that the questioner used to practice masturbation out of ignorance of the ruling that ghusl is obligatory for it?

If a woman performs ghusl with the intention for menstruation but not for janaba (major ritual impurity), her ritual impurity is lifted according to many scholars. As for the recommended ghusl, such as the ghusl for Friday prayer or for Ihram, some scholars hold that it lifts ritual impurity for one who forgot, and if it were said that one who is ignorant is like one who forgot, there would be a basis for it. If the ritual impurity is not lifted, then there is a difference of opinion regarding the obligation to repeat the prayers: the majority of scholars hold that they must be repeated, while Sheikh Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah holds that they are not obligatory for one who was ignorant of the ruling.
