If a man divorced his wife twice on separate occasions, can he take her back after approximately one year has passed?

The father has the right to take back the mother if she is still within her waiting period (iddah), without the need for a new contract. However, if her waiting period has expired, a new contract must be drawn up with the permission of her guardian (wali), and in the presence of two upright witnesses, and she is entitled to her dowry (sadaq). We caution that the husband should not resort to divorce for the slightest reason.
