Is someone who dies a natural death due to chronic suffering from abdominal pain considered a martyr?

If a person does not die due to one of the religiously recognized causes of martyrdom, then he is not considered a martyr. However, if he dies from an abdominal illness or other causes of martyrdom, then he is considered a martyr. A servant may also attain the ranks of martyrs through the sincerity of his intention.
