Is it permissible to gather one's family for Jumu'ah prayer and lead them in prayer at home?

It is not permissible to establish Friday prayer in this situation according to the four madhhabs (schools of thought). The Hanafis stipulate the permission of the ruler, the Malikis stipulate the mosque, and the Shafi'is and Hanbalis stipulate a number of forty eligible individuals, all of which are absent. Whoever is unable to attend Friday prayer due to an excuse should pray Dhuhr as four rak'ahs.
