Is eating shrimp considered reprehensible (makruh)?

Eating shrimp is permissible, because all that comes out of the sea is considered permissible to eat by the majority of scholars, due to the words of Allah Almighty: "Lawful to you is game from the sea and its food as provision for you and for those traveling," and the words of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, regarding the sea: "Its water is pure and its dead are lawful."
