Does reciting Surat Al-Ikhlas one hundred thousand times for the deceased save them from Hellfire?

The deceased monotheist is subject to the will of Allah; if He wills, He forgives him, and if He wills, He punishes him. Then, his ultimate destination is certainly Paradise. Reciting the Quran and dedicating its reward to the deceased benefits him, and its reward reaches him. There is no authentic hadith specifying a particular surah for dedicating its reward to the deceased.
