What is the legal ruling regarding a husband who forgives his wife after she committed adultery with his brother, given his concern for his religion and his fear of being a cuckold, and is it better to forgive and change residence, or to divorce and bear the consequences for the daughters?

It appears the wife has repented, and it is more befitting to keep her and not divorce her. It is advised to forgive her and forget the past, especially since there are two daughters who need their parents, one of whom is sick. There is no sin upon the husband in this, nor would he be considered a dayyuth (pimp/cuckold). It is possible to move to another apartment close to the husband's work to change the environment and safeguard the family. Causes of future disobedience must be prevented, such as not allowing any male relatives of the husband who are not mahram to enter upon the wife when she is alone, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of entering upon women." A man from the Ansar said, "O Messenger of Allah, what about the hamw (in-law, referring to a husband's male relative)?" He said, "The hamw is death."
