Is it permissible to follow a muezzin who makes melodic errors (yalḥan) in the Adhan?

If the melodic alteration in the Adhan changes the meaning, then the Adhan is invalid, and it is not permissible to follow the muezzin in it, because it is not prescribed. However, if the melodic alteration does not change the meaning, then the Adhan is valid, and it is permissible to follow the muezzin while pronouncing the words of the Adhan correctly.
