Is it permissible to marry a girl who stipulates that she not be prevented from working, completing her studies, and leaving the house without undue restriction or prohibition, given that she observes hijab and applies some cosmetics, such as nail polish, when going out?

Marriage is a good deed, and it is desirable to hasten to it. It is permissible for the wife to stipulate conditions that are in her interest, as long as they do not contradict the marriage contract, such as: working, studying, or going out. You must fulfill these conditions. However, you are not allowed to permit her to go out in a manner that violates Islamic law. If the girl is righteous, there is no harm in marrying her, especially if your heart is attached to her; for it has not been seen for two who love each other anything better than marriage. Any shortcomings she may have can be rectified through good education and upbringing.
