Is it permissible to benefit from a law that allows obtaining a free medical treatment card in France after residing there for three months without residency documents, by circumventing the law through leaving the country and returning to submit a treatment application? And is it permissible to do so out of necessity if the person cannot afford the treatment costs?

It is not permissible to resort to deception to obtain aid, due to the religious prohibitions it entails, including: lying, cheating, consuming people's wealth unlawfully, and breaching conditions and contracts. A Muslim must adhere to the laws of the country unless they lead to falling into what Allah has forbidden. This includes not betraying by taking aid one is not entitled to. Whoever needs treatment should pursue legitimate channels.
