Is it permissible to take the eggs of unknown neighbors' chickens if they eat, drink, and lay eggs on our land?

It is not permissible to take a hen's eggs without the owner's permission, because it is another person's property, and it is not lawful to take it except with their willing consent, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "The property of a Muslim person is not lawful [to take] except with their willing consent."
