What is the ruling regarding a husband who refuses to work and lives off his wife's family, and will his wife be rewarded for her patience with him?

The husband must provide housing, maintenance, and clothing for his wife. The wife is not obligated to live with her husband's relatives, and she has the right to refuse to do so due to the harm it may cause her. If the wife waives these rights and agrees to live with her husband's family, and endures it out of her kindness, she will have a great reward from Allah.
