Is her tawaf invalid and must she repeat the same Umrah, or perform another Umrah, or is nothing incumbent upon her?

If a wife sees brownish discharge outside of her regular menstrual period, it is not considered menstruation according to the most authoritative opinion within the Hanbali school of thought. Her circumambulation (tawaf) is valid, and she is not required to repeat the 'Umrah.
