Is it permissible to travel from Palestine, which is a land of ribat, if the inquirer fears for his faith from fitna?

A Muslim must emigrate from a country where they cannot openly practice their religion or fear falling into temptation, to another country where they can. It is not permissible for them to remain there, as Allah Almighty says: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" (An-Nisa: 97). Emigration remains obligatory until the Day of Judgment. It is authentically narrated in the Prophetic biography that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, commanded emigration to Abyssinia and to Medina when there was fear for one's religion. For those who cannot emigrate, they should fear Allah, strive against their own desires, and seek righteous company. It may become necessary for them to remain to protect their families if they can resist temptation. The questioner must re-evaluate their situation and consult with wise people. If they cannot maintain their religion except by moving, then they should do so. If they can do so in their own country, then they should not abandon it.
