He said: 'The one who struts in his walk, looking haughtily from side to side, swaying his shoulders, who desires Allah’s Paradise while disobeying Him, whose evil is not safe from, and whose good is not hoped for. A hadith with this wording has not been found among the scholars of knowledge. There is a hadith mentioned by the author of Kanz al-Ummal, narrated by Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said concerning a mad man: "The madman is one who persists in disobeying Allah the Almighty, but this man is afflicted." It is not permissible to spread this hadith as being attributed to the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) until its authenticity is confirmed.
