The answer

A condition for a woman's hijab is that it should not be an adornment that attracts the attention of men. Therefore, it is not permissible to manufacture or sell clothes that are known to be worn outdoors and attract attention, as this constitutes aiding in a forbidden sin, based on the Almighty's saying: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." And whoever abandons something forbidden for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better, for the Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect," and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, you will not abandon something for the sake of Allah, the Exalted and Glorious, except that Allah will replace it with something better for you."
