What is the ruling on working in the education sector if it causes one to miss prayers and not be allowed to perform them? And can praying individually or secretly in congregation be considered an excuse for not attending prayers in the mosque? And is teaching mixed-gender classes forbidden? And what is the ruling on taking on the position of Imam with a small salary with the intention of benefiting people, while marriage is approaching?

Intentionally delaying prayer beyond its prescribed time is a major sin. If congregational prayer is not permissible in the mosque, it can be established at the workplace or place of study. If congregational prayer is prohibited, then one should pray individually. However, if individual prayer is also prohibited, it is not permissible to remain in that place, for Allah Almighty says: "And whoever fears Allah – He will make for him a way out and will provide for him from where he does not expect." (Quran 65:2-3) Prayer time is not a theft from work time. Teaching unveiled women contradicts Allah’s command to lower the gaze. Leading people in prayer, teaching them their religion, enjoining good, and forbidding evil are among the greatest acts of closeness to Allah, and the salary received for these actions is permissible as long as sincerity to Allah Almighty is present.
